The Terms of Use posted at  SureApp™ Terms of Use  and agreements specific to our services (“Service Agreement”) may contain other terms that deal specifically with use of information. Service Agreements you sign supplement, and to the extent of any inconsistency override, the general terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. When you become our customer, you will communicate and exchange information, including personally identifying information, with us. In forming a business relationship with us, you will also be asked to enter into a Service Agreement or SaaS Agreement with SuranceBay which will grant you use to our Applications. The Privacy Policy specifically governing your use of our Applications is posted at SureApp Privacy Policy and governs in the event of any inconsistency with the more general Privacy Policy posted on this site.

Collection of Information by SuranceBay

VISITOR DATA
As a visitor, you can browse our Site to find out more about our company and services. When you visit our site, we may collect, record and retain general non-personally identifiable data about you, including but not limited to the your domain name, the IP address, the name of the web page from which you entered SuranceBay.com, the locations you visited on our Site, and the amount of time spent on various Site areas (“Visitor Data”). Visitor Data is automatically collected when you access our Site with a web browser. We use Visitor Data to compile demographics, analyze trends and evaluate aggregate and individual statistical reports about our visitors and their Site uses. SuranceBay does not disclose information that identifies specific users or transactions in the process of collecting or analyzing Visitor Data, except as more specifically discussed in Personal User Information section below.

You may provide to us certain non-public information that is personally identifiable to you as a user of our Site in order for us serve you or grant you access to certain Site features (“Personal User Information” or “PUI”). Examples of PUI are your name, business information, your address and/or email and country. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will maintain the confidentiality of PUI and will not disclose it to third parties.

WEB BEACONS AND AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA
We use a technology called web beacons to collect general information about your use of our site. Web Beacons technology also permits us to monitor the number of people that open our emails. Web Beacons do not track your activity outside of our Site and we do not link PUI with Visitor Information from Web Beacons without your permission. We automatically receive data from your web browser such as the website name from which you entered our Site or which you visit after our Site, your ISP name, browser type, the IP address of your computer, the proxy server, and your operating system. We use all of this information to analyze user trends and improve our Site and services.

“DO NOT TRACK” / “DO NOT FOLLOW” SETTINGS
Our site does not currently honor “do not track” or “do not follow” settings that your web browser may provide, and we shall have no liability for not supporting such setting. In the future, should we elect to support such settings, the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES
Our Site may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. When you use these features, we may collect your IP address, pages you visited on the Site or enable a cookie to track your interaction. A third party might host these features and your relationship through these features would be governed by the privacy policy of the third party.

How We Use Your Information

IMPROVING OUR SITE AND SERVICES; COMMUNICATING WITH YOU
SuranceBay uses all information you provide to us in order to maintain and improve this Site, and to enhance your experience in visiting this Site. If you contact us and provide your email address, we may chose to use it to send you emails, including emails with promotional information about SuranceBay, unless you have opted out of receiving such information. You can change contact preferences at any time through your account.

DISCLOSURE REQUIRED BY LAW; PROTECTION OF SURANCEBAY
We will disclose your information, including Visitor Information and PUI, whenever we, in our sole discretion, deem the disclosure to be necessary (a) to comply with a subpoena, applicable laws, or other legal process; (b) to assist law enforcement officials or government enforcement agencies; (c) to investigate violations of or otherwise enforce our Terms, Policies, or Service Agreements (d) to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties including you; and (e) to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of SuranceBay, our Users, employees, attorneys or affiliates.

SHARING INFORMATION WITH AFFILIATES AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES
Except as otherwise agreed in writing or stated in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, SuranceBay does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your PUI to third parties for marketing purposes. We use Visitor Information for data aggregation purposes that might be sold to other parties at our discretion. Any such data aggregation would not contain any of your PUI. We may provide your PUI to employees, contractors, attorneys, affiliates or other persons or businesses that provide services to SuranceBay with regards to our Site (“Affiliates”). Examples of Affiliates are payment processors, web designers or programmers we use to serve the site and Visitors. Our Affiliates will only receive information necessary to provide the respective services and are ordinarily asked to sign confidentiality agreements limiting the use of such information. We will not be liable for any misuse of the information by a third party outside of our control.

TRANSFER & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO SUCCESSORS
If SuranceBay is acquired or merges, consolidation, liquidation or otherwise, in whole or in part, with another business that would take over offering this Site to you, we retain the right to transfer your UPI to the new business. The new business would retain the right to use your Personally Identifiable Information according to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as to any changes to this Privacy Policy as instituted by the new business.

Other Provisions

EMAIL POLICY
SuranceBay will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third-party without your permission. Email to us is not considered a secure communication method as it may be intercepted during transmission. As such, you should not communicate to us non-public information that you feel is sensitive or confidential. Please do not transmit by email to us sensitive information of a non-public nature, such as your bank account, credit card, or social security number information.

PROTECTING YOUR CHILD’S PRIVACY
We want to protect your child’s privacy. Our Site generally does not offer materials suitable for a child. If you are a child, please do use our Site without your parent or legal guardian’s permission. We do not knowing collect PUI from a child. As a parent or legal guardian you are responsible to monitor your child’s Internet activities. However, if you believe your child is using our Site without your knowledge, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. Should we suspect that child is using our Site of providing us PUI, we will delete the information as soon as possible and will not knowingly use or disclose it. We do not verify the age of users and will not be liability for misuse of our Site by a child.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Site may contain links to other websites. SuranceBay has no control over such websites you access such websites at your own risk and discretion. Other websites will ordinarily post their own Privacy Policy. It is your sole responsibility to verify the privacy policies and other legal documents of other websites to understand how they treat your personal information.

OUR SECURITY POLICY
SuranceBay cannot completely guarantee that your personal information will be completely protected. We strongly urge you to protect any passwords you may have created or were issued and not to share them with anyone. You should always log out of our Site when not in use, especially if you are sharing a computer or mobile device with someone else or are using a public computer.
