In the event of a claim or a potential claim, you must report immediately in  writing.

If you become aware of a claim or potential claim:

  • Immediately (within 24 hours upon being served with a Summons and Complaint) notify Lancer Claims Services by telephone of the circumstances.
  • Immediately forward to the address above by priority mail copies of the demand, notice, summons or other pertinent information.
  • Engage your own attorney without specific authorization from Lancer Claims Services.
  • Make any admission of liability, assume any obligation, make any payment, incur any expenses or agree to arbitration without the consent of Lancer Claims Services.
